pork in a sauce with green pepper soup
Sliced \u200b\u200bcentimeter thick slices of pork podsmażyłem heavily on olive oil and butter. I added a finely chopped shallot and przesmażyłem even for a moment. Poured a cup of broth with vegetables and chicken. Just a pinch of cumin, heaping teaspoon green pepper (with pickle), a little fresh ground pepper and lots of freshly ground black pepper. The whole I was choking on a low heat and covered for about one and half hours. At the end of the sauce a little thicker layers of potato flour dissolved in cold water beforehand. For this young ziemnaczki and salad with tomato, cucumber and lettuce with dressing with olive oil and soy sauce.
Now I can not move ... :)
