The Boomerang arose in 1970 after the Vanilla Fudge . While Carmine Appice (drums) and Tim Bogert (bass) formed the Cactus , Mark Stein (vocals, organ) joined the three guys in New York and recorded in 1971, the eponymous album. Despite the failure in sales which prevented the group from touring the U.S., Boomerang is a classic lost hard rock seventies. Listen Juke It.
