I never thought I would one day have a girlfriend so different from my generation, old enough to be my mother, but I have!
When we are young and very much attached to being young, you think impossible to trade with someone twenty years older, but I can with Monica. And I am no longer young, not so attached to being young.
In fact, the maturity has really interested me.
I met just over three years, on a trip to Paraty that she ran. It was the admiration first sight.
Since last year we worked together and very close. And how nice to have it around! How to calm me down. Besides
fifties, she is a believer. I never thought I would one day have a Christian friend, but I have!
And it's very funny when she speaks of the signs that God gives you, but I do not laugh of mockery or disbelief because I know that is truth in what she speaks, I laugh because I find beautiful.
It's beautiful to have friends.
