Lables Of A Paschel Candle

Grand Magus

Founded in 1996 in Stockholm, Sweden, Grand Magus recorded his first job only after five years. Last month, the trio released Hammer of the North , her fifth album for Roadrunner Records German.

The great asset group is the lead singer, guitarist Janne "JB" Christoffersson, who recently left the Spiritual Beggars to focus only on Grand Magus . Besides being an amazing singer, and the guy still sends the six strings. Both the compositions

faster, as the furious I, the Jury , which opens the album, and in closing, with the lilting Ravens Guide Our Way, the trio, completed by Skinner Fox (bass) and Sebastian Sippola (drums) abuses simplicity and makes a direct and heavy sound.

If with Iron Will , released in 2008, Grand Magus had taken a big step for the output of underground, with the new album's success were the doors wide open. Nothing more just because Hammer of the North is fantastic.

On January 25, wrote that Orphaned Land recorded the best album of 2010 . I doubt if the group overcame the Israelis, but I was wrong. Thinking about the year-end list is increasingly difficult. Blame it on the Grand Magus and his pure heavy metal.

Here's the clip of Hammer of the North.
